DELIVERY

A product marked "Pre-order" is put into production after payment of your order. The production of the product from the first stitch to the packaging takes 7-14 working days.

If the product you have chosen is not marked "Pre-order", it means that we have these products in stock and will ship them out within 3-5 working days after payment is received.

In Lithuania, we send orders by courier with direct delivery to your home or post office of your choice. Delivery takes 1-3 working days.

To other countries we send orders by registered priority mail or by courier with direct home delivery. Delivery takes 7-14 working days in EU countries and 10-28 working days in other countries.

 

RETURNS

You can return your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery.

HOW TO RETURN?

If for some reason you decide to return your products, please contact us info@justeknit.com. The money will be credited to the account you specify on the return form within 14 working days of the return date.

RETURN CONDITIONS

The product you are returning must be unworn and undamaged, unwashed, in full working order, with all labels and packaging intact.

REPLACEMENT

If, for any reason, such as incorrect model, size or colour, you decide to change your purchase for another product in our range, please contact us at info@justeknit.com.
